At La Perle Lumiere, we want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

All original packaging must be included

Proof of purchase is required

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
